Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the PracticePing platform, operated by WaveResolutions LLC, doing business as PracticePing ("we," "us," or "our"), and the PracticePing SMS program described below.

1. SMS Program Terms

Program name: PracticePing Patient Messaging

Program description: Patients of participating medical practices receive text messages from PracticePing about their visits: requests for feedback after a visit, reminders to schedule a check-up when they are overdue, notices when a same-day appointment opens up, and replies to appointment requests the patient submitted online. Every message begins with "PracticePing for [Practice Name]:" so patients know who it is from.

How you join: You receive these messages only if you consented through your medical practice, on the practice's patient intake form, verbally to practice staff, or by checking the optional SMS box on the practice's online appointment request form. See our SMS consent page. Consent is not a condition of receiving care or making any purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies; up to 5 messages per month per practice.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

2. Services

PracticePing provides medical practices with tools to send their own patients SMS and email feedback requests after a visit, reminders to schedule overdue check-ups, and notices of same-day appointment openings. PracticePing does not send marketing on behalf of third parties.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use PracticePing to send unsolicited messages, spam, third-party marketing, or messages to anyone who has not consented to receive them, or to violate any law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaveResolutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of PracticePing.

6. Termination

We may suspend or end access to PracticePing for violation of these Terms, with reasonable notice where possible.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PracticePing after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
